SENIOR AUDITOR Job

BASIC FUNCTION:
Analyses, directs and participates in audit projects and SOX, including conducting reviews of the quality of internal controls for areas of risk and financial exposure to ensure the efficiency of the Company's operations and safeguards to its assets. Reviews audit work papers and makes comments. Prepares audit reports and edits comments for responses. Tracks audit findings and ensures timely remediation. Assists in developing comprehensive practical program of financial and operational audits on annual basis and prepares summary results for Audit Committee. Ensures employees are aware of the corporate compliance policies and active in systems to control compliance, such as FCPA, DOA and Training Tracking. Performs and assists on investigations as required, issues related reports, follows up and discusses with management. Overseeing reports handling confidentiality.
